When it comes to activating your third eye, it is actually easier than you think.
However, the challenge when opening your third eye is to do it in such a way that is safe and grounded.

A couple of tips when opening your third eye:
- Whenever you open up to higher energies, you always want to practice in a safe and grounded manner. This means, when you start playing with the 6th chakra, you can open yourself up to various vibrations that may be unfamiliar to you. These vibrations are not necessarily good or bad, they just might be unfamiliar.
- When you're done utilizing your 3rd eye to see psychic energies, always be sure to reset. What this means is let it come back to normal by introducing the 6th chakra back to the physical realm. Contrary to what you might think, you don't always want this chakra wide open!
- You may physically feel some sensations in the middle of your forehead. This is not uncommon! If you do feel some sensations, this is okay. It means that your 3rd eye or sixth chakra is being activated.
- It takes practice! Just know that just like learning how to ride a bike, it takes time and practice. And just like when you were a child learning how to ride a bike, always keep it fun and light. It's best to keep yourself at a higher vibration when working with these higher spiritual energies.
- Lastly, because of the above factors, I do recommend more formal training.
